I'll be at the Convention Center on Thursday, September 3, walking the floor before the first booking — sightlines, lighting, and where the race actually breathes.
By August 25. I don't book first-come — I wait until I can see the whole weekend, then build a schedule that fits as many athletes as possible. Some heats overlap and I can only be in one place, so booking in order would mean turning people away I could otherwise have covered. If your window is clear you'll hear sooner.

Live events are unpredictable — crowds shift, sightlines close, heats run late. You're paying on race day, after I've shot, so if I can't deliver what we agreed then you don't pay. I'm not interested in keeping money for work I didn't do.
Tell me as early as you can and there's nothing to settle — you haven't paid anything yet. Just don't leave it to race morning; that's a slot another athlete could have used.
Everything I shoot that day, sent to you by WeTransfer — no edit, no grade, no music. Plus the post-race photographs, unedited. You cut it however you want. It's the option for people who edit their own content.

Sportograf photographs everyone. Their cameras sit at the stations and shoot every bib that passes. I know your name, your bib and your heat, and I follow you.
Spectator areas and wherever the venue allows. I don't hold media credentials and won't promise restricted-area access. Less limiting than it sounds — the run loop brings you past the same point eight times.
